Who we are?

 

Madrid Rooms & Apartments is a company made up of young, dynamic and full of illusion people from which we offer the best rooms, apartments and flats for students and young professionals from Madrid at unbeatable prices.

 

We directly own all the apartments that we rent and do all the maintenance works in them; we are not intermediaries. That way we can offer you the best prices and we will not charge you any hidden comissions or matriculation fees.

 

With a broad experience in student rentals, we can advise you about all the most interesting places in the city.

 

 

Why we do what we do?

 

During an Erasmus exchange trip we realized that getting accommodation abroad could be very complicated and frustrating. It was common to find old and neglected apartments at prices that were abusive, besides having to deal with a homeowner that was unfriendly and unwilling to help.

When we returned to Spain we asked several fellow students who were doing an Erasmus trip in our country and the situation they were facing here was very similar: they had to pay high prices for rooms and apartments that were in very poor condition.
